Update on The Incorporators Current Operations

We'd like to take a moment to update you on the status of The Incorporators and the Delaware Division of Corporations as we work globally to contain the coronavirus.

As of now, the Delaware Division of Corporations is open (see their announcement here) and will continue to process orders. The Incorporators will remain open as long as the Division of Corporations is open. 

We are taking this seriously and practicing social distancing. We are fortunate that our employees are able to work from home and they will be doing so for the time being. 

We know this time may be challenging for many small businesses and we remain committed to assisting you with your business needs. Should there be any changes regarding closures at the Division of Corporations, we will notify you here as well as on Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin.
