Delaware Corporate Annual Franchise Tax Report
Due by March 1st

delaware franchise tax report

Delaware law requires that Delaware corporations be declared void for failure to fully complete the annual report. As a result, all Delaware domestic corporations are required to file an Annual Report and pay any taxes and fees due electronically on or before March 1st.

Every Delaware domestic corporation received notification by letter, which included instructions for electronic filing of the Annual Report and payment of taxes due. The letter was mailed to the address currently on file for the corporation. You do not need the letter to file the report and pay franchise tax.
