Election Day Holiday

The state of Delaware offices, including the Division of Corporations, will be closed on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in observance of Election Day.

The Incorporators Ltd. will also be closed, as we follow the state schedule for holiday closures. Any orders received on Tuesday will be processed Wednesday morning.

We look forward to participating in the democratic process and encourage you to do the same.
