How Long Does it Take to Get a Certificate of Good Standing?

One of the most common questions we receive regarding any of our products is, "How long will it take?" This is a fair question and one we take seriously. We always hope to provide realistic expectations but intend to deliver your order as quickly as we can.

The good news is that turnaround time for a Delaware Certificate of Good Standing is the same day. In fact, we generally deliver your Certificate of Good Standing within two hours, during normal business hours (M-F; 9:00am to 5:00pm EST).

If ordered after hours, the Certificate of Good Standing will be delivered the next morning. Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled Monday morning. 

Certificates of Good Standing are delivered in PDF form via email. Our easy online order form requires just your entity name, your email address for delivery, and phone number. We'll even look up your file number for you!
