Last week the U.S. Small Business Administration opened applications for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), a portion of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (better known as the CARES Act).

The program authorizes up to $349 billion in forgivable loans to allow small businesses to maintain their payroll in the weeks and months to come.

In anticipation of the upcoming holidays, we'd like to take a moment to share with you our hours for the coming weeks.

The Incorporators Ltd. will be closed on the following dates:

Tuesday, December 24
Wednesday, December 25 (State Holiday)
Tuesday, December 31
Wednesday, January 1 (State Holiday)

If you are looking to dissolve your corporation or cancel your LLC...

The Incorporators will be closed on Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The State of Delaware Division of Corporations is also closed both of these days. 

All orders received will be processed on Monday, December 2nd.

The Incorporators Ltd. will be closed on Monday, November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, November 12th at 9am EST.

Any orders placed on November 11th will be processed the next business day.
